Fire and Blood (Dragons of Galicia #3)Fire and Blood by Simone Pond
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 Cranky Stars

With war looming against Prince Kieran and his army, as well as with dangerous dragons, Evelyn is forced to join forces with unexpected foes. She knows she has to use every possible resource available to her to stop all of the evil against them. Evelyn, realizing her love for Doran, must save the kingdom and neighboring villages from both dragons and the prince all while staying determined to keep him alive. With destruction coming from all directions, Evelyn becomes the leader she was always meant to be and drives an army of her own to save everyone from eminent dangers.

This is the best book in the series, and with how amazing the first two are it says a lot. There's even more character development and new aspects to these characters that help make the story even more entrancing. The story flowed well and before I knew it, I had reached the climax. The imagery is perfect and the story-line couldn't have been better. As I've learned with Simone Pond's books, there are always well defined twists and turns that keep the reader wanting more. If you're looking for a very detailed and well researched Celtic series; this is it.
